What is this?
This is a simple single-user empathy map that I created in order to gain more insight into individual user needs. There are four main sections that workshop facilitators can use to drill down into what a user says, does, thinks and feels. Filling out each section should result in a very detailed picture of the user being analyzed. This asset is free to use and can be found here. Enjoy!
